WrestleMania 37 is knocking on the door, and fans cannot keep calm! However, ‘The Grandest Stage of Them All’ won’t be complete, considering some of the WWE Legends and veterans who will or are likely to miss the event.

The Undertaker

‘The Phenom’ retired at Survivor Series 2020, in what was a grand production with some bitter-sweet moments.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like Taker will come back to attend or even grace the ring with his presence at WrestleMania 37. Even though he might return in the future as a coach for NXT, but for now, he wants to spend time with his family.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson

‘The Brahma Bull’ returning at WrestleMania is the grand surprise all wrestling fans are waiting for. Regrettably, The Rock has confirmed nothing about being at the event.

Roman Reigns, his cousin, has claimed that the best time for The Rock to return to WWE will be when WrestleMania goes to Hollywood.

John Cena

Cena has confirmed he will not be present at WrestleMania because of his shooting schedule. He is shooting in Canada and cannot afford to fly back and forth, with the additional time of quarantining himself.

Brock Lesnar

‘The Beast’ could return at WrestleMania, but it’s unlikely. Lesnar has been absent from WWE for a while now. Therefore, if he does return at WrestleMania, it will primarily be to challenge for a world title.

Both titles have brilliant matches fixed. Roman Reigns, Edge, and Daniel Bryan are fighting for the Universal Championship while Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley will clash for the WWE Championship.

Lesnar might make his grand return to challenge McIntyre at WrestleMania considering that he lost against the ‘Scottish Psychopath’ at the previous Mania.

Triple H

As one of the authorities, he should be present within the arena, but it’s unlikely he will come to the ring or be a part of a segment or promo.

‘The Game’ has no impending storylines with any member of the roster, and frankly, his return would do nothing more than hog the spotlight from some upcoming faces.

Bill Goldberg

Over the past few years, Goldberg has become a crowd-puller at WrestleMania. However, there’s no word on Goldberg returning at this year’s event.

His last WWE feud was against Drew McIntyre, which was short, and McIntyre walked away as the victor.

Other WWE Superstars

Apart from the above, the other Superstars who haven’t yet been booked for any matches are Bayley and Charlotte Flair, even though they are actively working with the company.
