Henry Cejudo is back in action and he aims to win it all, again.
Cejudo first won the UFC Flyweight Championship in a rematch against Demetrious Johnson. He won the fight via split decision at UFC 227, becoming the second Flyweight Champion at the UFC. Thereafter, he went on to his first title defense against TJ Dillashaw at Fight Night 143 and got the match over with within just 32 seconds, winning by TKO.
Post-match, authorities confirmed that Dillashaw had failed to clear both his pre-fight and post-fight dope tests and he was suspended. This vacated the position of the Bantamweight Champion, and Cejudo faced Marlon Moraes for the vacant Bantamweight Championship. He won the fight via TKO in the third round and went on to become only the 4th fighter to hold to Championship Belts in two divisions simultaneously.

After the fight, Cejudo became inactive thanks to a shoulder injury and relinquished his Flyweight title on 19 December 2019.
Needless to say, Cejudo is already a legend amongst UFC ranks. Yet, his insatiable desire to achieve more is stronger than ever.
Henry Cejudo is Eyeing the Flyweight Championship
In his most recent Instagram post, Cejudo openly called out the current Flyweight Champion, Alexander Volkanovski. The caption read:
Showing my girl the next belt I’m going to snatch! @alexvolkanovski I’m coming for your belt you over grown midget! Quadruple C in the making! #bendtheknee#beltcollector#golddigger 🥇🥇🥇+🥇

A perfectly normal post to make on Valentine’s day, of course. After all, there is apparently nothing Cejudo loves more than winning belts. Cejudo is clearly excited about being the double Champion, but Volkanovski will not be an easy opponent to get by.
Alexander Volkanovski is on an unending win-streak and has faced fewer losses than Cejudo in his career. While Cejudo has faced two losses, Volkanovski has only be put down once in his entire MMA career.
In response to Cejudo’s post, Alex had a witty reply of his own. Sharing Cejudo’s post, Volkanovski wrote:

While Cejudo is a master of wrestling, Alexander boasts of much more variety in fighting style. A fight between the two will most definitely be a treat for the UFC Universe. If it were to happen, will Cejudo be able to repeat history?
