It doesn’t seem all gloomy for the NBA players once they get inside the bubble in Orlando. They might be disconnected from the outside world, but will have access to some attractions inside the Disney World.
USA Today reported that the players will have after-hours access to Expedition Everest at the Animal Kingdom, Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios, and Test Track at Epcot. The players will also have access to golf courses.

The teams have started to land in Orlando and get inside the bubble. Once inside the bubble, players are likely to remain inside for a significant duration. This is true especially for the teams going into the playoffs.
Although NBA players travel a lot, it is not often that they are away from their families for such a long duration. It has, in fact, one of the factors under consideration for a few players while making a decision to join the team inside the bubble.
Boston Celtics’ Jason Hayward, for example, is expecting a child in September and is planning to leave the bubble at the time of delivery.
Another Celtics star, Jayson Tatum, recently stated that he had given it a lot of thought before joining his team.
“For me, just being away from my son for two or three months, that’s what’s really bothering me. … Especially when they’re that young — their growth, they change every week. Just knowing I’m going to miss out on that. Missing my mom, my family. It’s been tough,” he said during a recent conference call with the reporters.

The facilities provided within the huge entertainment arena will certainly help players share a few light moments inside the bubble. Apart from players lounges with facilities like swimming pool, table tennis, and video games, the players can also book fishing and boating trips.
The remainder of the 2019/20 NBA season will get underway from July 30. The same fixture that kick-started the NBA season last October will restart the proceedings after the hiatus. A game between local rivals Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers on July 30 will resume the campaign after a few practice games in the week prior to the game.
