Regardless, Mercedes caught hold of the opportunity and took to Twitter to post some pictures. These images were that of their drivers Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas following the team’s account.
Mercedes is used to posting such witty responses and posts on social media. Earlier last week, they had a little fun which revolved around Valtteri Bottas’ bee comments at Sochi.

The German manufacturer’s team knows how to play hard and work harder though. Absolutely motivated in their objective of excellence, they show no signs of backing off.
Mercedes is far in the distance with 366 points in the team standings. Nearest rival Red Bull Racing has 192 points, showing how they have taken control of proceedings this season.

Bar Valtteri Bottas’ P11 in the 70th anniversary race in Silverstone, Mercedes’ cars have picked up points finishes on every other occasion.

The upcoming race in Nurburgring on October 11 would be special for Lewis Hamilton. Having missed the opportunity to equal Michael Schumacher’s 91 wins record in Sochi, he will have a second crack at it in the Eifel Grand Prix.
And if the stars align for Hamilton, he could equal that milestone in Schumacher’s home country. Stranger things have happened in the sport, but Mercedes winning races is definitely not one.
