American tennis legend Serena Williams has been a true ambassador for tennis. The way she carries herself on and off-the court is commendable. Over the years, she’s done so with her family, comprising of husband Alexis Ohanian and their adorable daughter Olympia.
Yesterday, Serena Williams appeared at the Met Gala 2021. The American superstar was accompanied by her husband, Alexis. She wore a Gucci outfit, which included a silver bodysuit that had red stars on it. She also sported a luxurious feather-laden cape, which had a color combination of white, pink, and black.
However, her husband Alexis Ohanian donned a crypto punk memento on his coat. He had promised his followers that he would do that and he certainly lived up to his word. The internet entrepreneur even tweeted, “Decided to bring a #Cryptopunk of my wife (that I bought for her) to the. WAGMI.”

Reflecting on Williams‘ season, the veteran has not been able to match her usual standards this year. After making it to the semifinal in Melbourne, she did not feature in any event until the WTA 1000 event in Rome.
During the entire clay season, she performed below par, losing in the fourth round of the French Open too. In Wimbeldon, where she was one of the favorites, Serena suffered an unfortunate injury and had to withdraw from the match and the tournament.
