The Indiana Pacers are currently 3-1 inside the NBA bubble, with their only loss coming against the Phoenix Suns. The Pacers are likely to enter the playoffs, and they can thank T. J. Warren for his explosive form inside the bubble.

The 26-year-old has been unstoppable ever since the league restarted. Warren had to explain what was going on inside him, and so, he sat down with NBA insider Chris Haynes for a casual socially-distanced chat inside the Orlando bubble

Haynes posted an excerpt from his interview on Twitter, where he’s seen asking Warren about his red-hot form which has boosted Indiana’s confidence ahead of the playoffs.

“Just me being myself out there,” Warren told Haynes. “Like I said before, [I] put in a lot of work over the years and for me just being able to be myself and to be aggressive, always been able to score. But doing it consistently every night has been big,” he added.

Haynes then asked Warren about the trade which sent him from Phoenix to Indiana for “cash considerations.” Here’s how Warren responded:

“It’s very disrespectful you know? Thinking about, I know how much work I put in and how much time I put into the game. And to just see me get traded for that, no player wants to be traded for cash,” he said.

Indiana Pacers star T. J. Warren and his from inside the bubble

Victor Oladipo is the main man for the Pacers. The 28-year-old signed with the Pacers in 2017, and has earned a couple of All-Star selections in the subsequent seasons. However, T. J. Warren broke out as the Pacers’ best player inside the bubble, at least for the time being.

Warren has played in all the four games for the Pacers since the restart. His point average and shooting efficiency is mind-blowing. The 6’8” forward is currently averaging 33.8 points in four games with a field goal percentage and three-point shooting success of 59% and 54% respectively.

Moreover, Warren registered his first 50-point game in his career when he dropped 53 against the Sixers. This performance is so far the best by any player in the bubble and is also the third-highest points tally recorded by a Pacers player, ever.
