The COVID-19 disease has brought the world as we know it to a halt. Uncertainty reigns supreme in these times, not just because of the nature of the disease, but also the consequences it brings with it. In such dire and dark times, Microsoft’s Xbox has made a wonderful change that could go a long way in helping the USA combat the disease.
As we all know now, hopefully, social distancing is paramount to slowing down the spread of the virus. The disease is not the most lethal we have ever seen, but it spreads at an alarming rate, putting many lives at risk. And every single life is precious.
The health and medical organizations across the country are working their socks off to push back the disease. Many brave souls in the healthcare industry are doing what they can. They are putting themselves at risk for the greater good.

Unfortunately, we cannot simply up and go out to help them; that’ll only cause more problems. There are, however, other ways to chip in.
Of all people, gamers find it easy to stay at home and entertain themselves. We can submerge ourselves into the vast expanse of the gaming universe.

Xbox owners can now help from home
Will Tuttle, the Editor in Chief for Xbox, recently penned a statement regarding their new idea to help out the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or CDC as it’s commonly known. Xbox One owners can now easily make a donation to the CDC.

I know we all face uncertain futures, financially. Many of us are uncertain about our jobs on the other side of this episode, but now is the time to do what we can. If we don’t stop this disease from overwhelming us now, our future only turns bleaker.
