Benji Sales, who mainly covers the sales, social metrics, data, and business side of the video game industry, posted a list of “Top 2021 New Releases by Revenue on Steam.”

Three titles from Xbox have single-handedly made Microsoft or Xbox Game Studios top publishers on Steam or PC.

3 Titles of the 12 highest-grossing titles

Xbox retains its dominance over PC or Steam. Having three titles in the highest-grossing new release isn’t a matter of joke. Moreover, all three titles were some of the most awaited by players worldwide till they were finally released.

Forza Horizon 5 can turn anyone into a racing fan. Thanks to the smooth gameplay and intricate graphics of the game. Halo, the first-person shooter series, welcomed its latest edition of this year, Halo Infinite. The new title of the franchise surely takes you to a brand new era.

In addition, Age of Empires IV swept its fans off their feet. It is the fourth addition to the real-time strategy video game series, Age of Empires. The title acquired the number one spot on top sellers list on Steam in November.
