Goldberg says he is owed a retirement match.

The two-time WWE Universal Champion says, “You never say never, especially in wrestling, and they owe me one. That’s all I can say. I made a deal with the devil and I did my job, and they owe me a retirement match.”
Nevertheless, he also mentioned that he is not just going to wait for WWE to provide him with that opportunity. “At the end of the day, at 56, it’s not something where I’m sitting by the phone waiting for a call. I’ve got a few ideas of how to do it on my own, possibly in Israel. So never say never,” said Goldberg.
If the legendary wrestler’s wish doesn’t come to fruition, he can be content that his last involvement in a WWE ring was for competing for a major honor.
Da Man’s last WWE appearance
The Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, had a long list of opponents who he laid flat in the past year. One name on the long list is Da Man. The two stars went off one-on-one at The WWE Elimination Chamber held at the Jeddah Super Dome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Saturday, February 19, 2022.
The WWE Legend could not defeat the Undisputed Champion of WWE. His attempt to capture the WWE Universal Championship went up in fumes when he passed out to a guillotine choke courtesy of The Head of the Table. The bout was a short one, and many fans wanted a better outcome from it.
