The feud between Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn is running the hottest in WWE right now. Fans are expecting to see a major clash — probably WWE titles changing shoulders — at The Showcase of the Immortals. But it seems like the WWE Universe won’t be getting what they want.
As per the sources, The Tribal Chief vs The Honorary Uce at WrestleMania won’t be happening. A wave of disappointment set in among the fans when the news of the Champion of the People not headlining WrestleMania this year hit the internet.

Dave Meltzer from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that WWE management doesn’t see Zayn as a headlining material for WrestleMania as of now. The two names that popped up in this statement were WWE Chairperson Vince McMahon and Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H‘ Levesque.
The Canadian pro wrestler, who attacked The Big Dog with a steel chair at Royal Rumble this year, turned babyface the same day. Fans were expecting this character change for quite some time now, as there was a ton of tension built up between both superstars.
When it happened, the WWE Universe went berserk with excitement and was hoping to see the two stars taking their feud to The Grandest Stage of Them All. But it looks like fans have to settle for a main event at the Elimination Chamber.

Almost a similar case happened a few years ago. Kofi-Mania, which was not what WWE has originally planned, happened because of the popularity of Kofi Kingston in the WrestleMania 35 season. WWE had planned for Kevin Owens to take the spot at The Super Bowl of Sports Entertainment in 2019, but had to push Kingston into the limelight following the immense support from his fans. But it looks like history won’t repeat itself this time.
Fans upset with Triple H
Fans were not happy after hearing this news. The WWE Universe is upset with WWE but one person has been garnering quite hateful comments from the fans over social media and that is Triple H. Let’s have a look at some of these comments.

and here lies one of the many reasons I stopped watching WWE. Sami Zayn is a phenomenal wrestler, if Triple-H doesn't see that, then he's not much of an improvement over Vince.

If this is the case, then HHH is as much of a moron as his daddy-in-law.
Of course, this could just be a work.. 🤔

Back in the 90s during the DX days, literally nobody viewed Triple H as a WrestleMania headliner either… until he decided to cram himself in there (lol). Zayn deserves all the flowers in the world. https://t.co/wjVgvlTvkI

Well, Zayn and Reigns probably won’t be headlining WrestleMania, but they sure are on for the Elimination Chamber which will take place in Montreal, Canada, where The Honorary Uce was born. Zayn challenged The Head of the Table to a match at this week’s episode of SmackDown and The Tribal Chief accepted it.
