“It’s kind of sad too. I’m kind of choked up about it a little bit. It was a great exit for me. I don’t think it could have been better than that, but putting the old boots up, it’s kind of hard. I think that was the last time putting on the boots and getting back in the ring at that level. I think that’s the last time I really want to do it at that level. I don’t think it can get better than that, seriously. I want to thank all the fans for that moment,” said Booker.

You could see him walking to the ring in the rumble just taking it all in that one last time, a legendary career and a hell of a performer.

A true legend. The man I used to watch come out with his brother Stevie Ray back in 1997-1998 as Harlem Heat in WCW. https://t.co/OKNFvVolby pic.twitter.com/9VyOYsBruH

Booker’s last appearance was at the 30- men’s Royal Rumble match. He entered the match at #21 but lasted less than a minute. After he entered the squared circle, he did his famous iconic move ‘Spinaroonie’ and shortly after that, Gunther threw him off the top rope. Booker was a surprise entrance to this year’s men’s royal rumble match and his entry was harshly criticized by the fans.
