The youngster will look to continue his father and uncle’s (Big Poppa Pump Scott Steiner) legacy in WWE.  In the WWE After the Bell with Corey Graves podcast, Bron revealed it was the first time his father saw him wrestle.

“Just the first time my dad seeing me wrestle. It was cool, man, seeing my brother there in the front row. My dad has high expectations for me. There is a high bar. I have got big shoes to fill in terms of what him and my uncle did before me. It was cool for him to be a part of that. It was emotional roller coaster and I’m glad he was able to come down share that with me.”

Children of ex-wrestlers always have a high expectation set by everyone. Only some of them succeed in the industry. For example, The Rock, Randy Orton, Charlotte Flair, and Natalya are well established. Bron Breakker will look to follow in their footsteps and establish himself as a dominant NXT champion before eventually moving to Raw or SmackDown.

Bron Breakker says it is his job to get the fans on his side

On WWE After the Bell podcast, Corey asked Bron if he feels the pressure as the champion and the face of NXT 2.0. Bron said,

“Change is not always enough. Sometimes it’s resistant just a thing, like anything in life really, and I understand that too. I’ve been around the business my whole life and I understand it from a fan’s perspective. I take it as a challenge too, man it’s like that’s my job to bring those people with me, to get them to get on my side. So that’s just part of me being a pro and doing my job and bringing my lunch pail to work every day and just going to work.”
