Bayley Sarcastically Responds to Reports of Her WWE Return

When you hear about the Four Horsewomen of WWE, Bayley stands out as an equivalent star to John Cena. Back in her NXT days, she got over with a young audience quickly. However, because of some backstage booking, her baby face run was not that great. 

Bayley wrestled her last match at Backlash 2021 against Bianca Belair. In July 2021, WWE announced she had suffered a torn ACL during training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando that would sideline her for nine months. Ever since then, she has not been seen on TV.

Recently on Twitter, Bayley wrote, “OMG GOOD TO KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE ALWAYS ACCURATE”

This was in response to a tweet from @Wrestling_Al. They wrote, “The Wrestling Observer Newsletter says @itsBayleyWWE could return from injury as early as next month, but it’s more likely she’ll be back in March. @SashaBanksWWE is also expected to return in March.”

Does this mean we will get a ‘Boss n Hug Connection’ reunion? Or will Bayley and Sasha Banks continue their feud? Guess we will find out when both women make their return to the show.

Is Bayley looking to win the Royal Rumble?

Bayley, who has been out of in-ring action for almost nine months now, has hinted at her return from injury. Though the response on Twitter may have been sarcastic, Royal Rumble matches are notorious for being platforms for superstars to make their returns.

Hence, it is possible that the free agent could feature in the mega match and go after the Bella Twins who disrespected her at WrestleMania 37.

We cannot say anything for sure right now as we will have to wait till the end of the month to know. Will Bayley return at the Royal Rumble? Or will she return on an episode of RAW or SmackDown?
