“This Is the Better Use of Sami Than Main Eventing”: Fans Jumping With Joy as Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens Return to Help Cody Rhodes

Another Roman Reigns match and everyone watching knew that the Usos were going to show up for their Tribal Chief. But Cody Rhodes was not the only person fighting the Bloodline this time. The World Tag Team Champions were standing with him, before his match and right there as well. Just as it looked like it was lights out for Rhodes, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens came to his rescue.

For the past month, all three stars, Rhodes, Zayn, and Owens, have been fighting off the Bloodline at every moment. So this made for a wholesome moment where the champions helped Rhodes to get back a chance to win and the fans are all for it.

As soon as it looked like Rhodes was close to winning, especially after the referee was down, the Usos made their way to the ring. Hitting Rhodes with the 1D, the American Nightmare was laid exhausted for Reigns to pin him, but this was not the end.

After their grand win last night, Zayn and Owens jumped in to make the save. But the part that made it entirely delightful to watch for many fans was the fact that Zayn was able to hit his finisher on Reigns, something that fans needed after the enormous support that Zayn has gotten in the past few months.

But this wasn’t the only time that the duo helped Rhodes to defeat Reigns. On last Friday’s SmackDown, they got into a mic battle with The Usos and sowed the seed of doubt in their minds as well. This is the least they could do for him after the American Nightmare brought the two together.

No one wanted to see this match end with another distraction, so the fans are extremely glad to see the champions make the save.

The Helluva Kick is everything the fans needed with the main event.

While it may be arguable, Zayn has two WrestleMania moments in one show now!

It is clear that fans loved this interaction despite the match being a one-on-one match. Also, Zayn finally getting his moment at the biggest show of the year completed their story.
