Throughout the match, many interesting spots made the crowd pop hard. But one specific segment that made the fans go berserk was how the match ended. To end the match, Edge pulled out a con-chair-to. And it looks like it really impressed the fans.

A con-chair-to from one of the men who popularized the move, and a hell in a cell featuring tables, ladders, and chairs. Edge is the man. #HallOfFamer #Wrestlemania

Incredible victory for Edge! Sandwich with two chairs over Finn Balor's head and a three counts

I thought Finn (like everyone else) should’ve won, but Edge winning with the chair shot to the head like that feels like a great end to the story (assuming it’s the end)

Match 2 out of 3 that I expected to deliver and it did.
Great match, how is Edge still doing spots like ladder impaler DDTs when he's nearing 50???
I personally believe the wrong guy won but I'm not angry. #WrestleMania— Kev Rutherford (@kev4815162342) April 3, 2023
Well, some might say, the Canadian professional wrestler took out a page from Rhea Ripley‘s playbook to put an end to his WrestleMania opponent this year. Last year a similar incident happened, but it was Beth Phoenix on the receiving end of a con-chair-to and The Eradicator was one to do the damage.

At Extremely Rules 2022, Edge and Balor faced each other in an ‘I Quit Match.’ After a roller coaster of a match, the closing segments saw Ripley forcing The R-Rated Superstar to quit the match as she threatened to hit his wife with a con-chair-to.
Edge was helpless and had to say I quit because of that. But The Eradicator did end up hitting Phoenix with a con-chair-yo in her head. So it looks like the WWE Legend got proper revenge for all that he had to go through the past year.
