While Triple H’s creativity might have brought an edge to WWE recently, it is still under the PG era. So, it isn’t always that we get to see blood, even in intense matches. But this match between Finn Balor and Edge was drastically different. Their feud was grueling for over a year. This story needed to see the conclusion that it deserved, but WWE held it back with one major decision.

Competing in a Hell in a Cell match, with so many weapons used, something was bound to happen. But when it did, WWE hid it behind the cameras and the fans are not happy about it.

When Edge brought out a ladder in their Hell in a Cell match, people thought we would see some great high-flying action. Instead, the Rated R superstar hauled the enormous structure onto Balor, which led to the Demon bleeding out.

But instead of showing the brutality of the match, WWE hid the entire thing behind cameras and this didn’t go well with the fans. Moreover, the medical team at ringside quickly patched up Balor before he could bleed more profusely in his demon form.

But as we all know, WWE doesn’t do well with blood. Even when AEW promoted an entire event based on Bloods and Guts, WWE didn’t want to copy it and instead hated it.

Fans wanted to see a bloody Balor to immortalize this moment in WWE history.

Fans could hear the former Universal champion shouting out to let him fight and make his WrestleMania moment.

Blocking Balor and not showing him during this intense battle didn’t go well over with fans.

This isn’t the first time that wrestlers have fought despite bleeding out.

What could have been a great shot was regulated to being blocked from people’s vision.

In past interviews, Cody Rhodes has mentioned that he loves bleeding during matches, so might be a bit jealous to not be the one who bleeds.
