Away from her home and team, Griner was alone in Russia during the time when the country went to war with Ukraine. On top of that, everything was looking like she won’t be able to meet her family and friends for a while.

But now, after a hard struggle, the President, Joe Biden, was able to finally let Griner come back to the USA. This put smiles on a lot of people in the basketball industry and fans of the sport star,

Now, Griner can happily celebrate Christmas and the New Year with her family. But some people on Twitter aren’t happy about this decision and they chose the strangest place to speak out their opinions.
But when a WWE legend welcomed Griner on Twitter, the WWE Universe wasn’t as happy as him.

After the news broke out that Brittney was finally coming back to the USA, many people were happy. One of them was the former WWE Champion, Kevin Nash. He posted a message on Twitter welcoming the WNBA player, but the fans were not having it.

Again, people are comparing the Marine soldier and Griner and criticizing the government.
After all of these hateful comments bothered Nash, he replied to his own tweet.
Saying, “Some really fucked up people and responses. The Marine wasn’t in the discussion. It was take an American home who has been a gold medalist or no one.” He reiterated the fact that people are just going to keep talking. Griner should not let this get to her.
