Once, in a rare picture of Hogan and bodybuilding great Lou Ferrigno, fans were surprised to see the difference in the physique of the two legends.

In 2018, a wrestling fan page ‘When Wrestling Was Awesome’ shared a picture of Hulk Hogan talking with bodybuilding legend Lou Ferrigno. The difference in the physique of both was shocking, as Hogan’s 24-inch pythons looked way more massive in front of Ferrigno’s biceps.

The caption of the post was, “Lou Ferrigno & Hulk Hogan. The REAL Hulk STILL has bigger arms, BROTHER!”

The picture has an interesting factor as both these legends’ memorable characters are ‘HULK’. While Terry Bollea was Hulk Hogan in WWE, fans remember Lou Ferrigno for playing Marvel’s Incredible Hulk in 1977. Besides, to add to the irony, we can see a fan with a ‘Hulk’ T-shirt recording them on his mobile phone.

The Hulkster trained almost every day to portray himself as an enormous figure suitable to his character in WWE. Moreover, the Incredible Hulk Actor is a retired professional bodybuilder and had taken part in many competitions.

Hogan is a 13-time world champion combined in his career in WWE, WCW, and NJWP. Subsequently, Ferrigno is the two consecutive times IFBB Mr. Universe and the runner-up in 1974, Mr. Olympia.

It seems the IFBB Mr. Universe winner reduced his workouts and thus is a bit lean. However, The Immortal One still tries to lift heavyweights to maintain his physique close to what he had in the 80s.

In 2014, a few years after Hogan retired from in-ring competition, he visited the 2014 Salt Lake Comic Con. However, that event not only witnessed one but saw two Hulks under one roof, meeting their fans.

Lou Ferrigno shared a picture of them on his Facebook page, in which both the legends were flexing their biceps. Additionally, Ferrigno wrote, “Hulks Squared. Having a great time at the Salt Lake Comic Con. Come see us if you’re around the area!” However, in this one, Ferrigno’s biceps look as good as The Hulkster.

Both stars are widely famous for their work using the name Hulk. Therefore, this picture is also a rare one. Hogan looks like a bodybuilder standing with the two-time winner of IFBB Mr. Universe and Mr. America.
