Recently, Olympic legend Michael Phelps showed his support for Dwayne Johnson and one of his motivational quotes was that he took inspiration from one of XFL’s best coaches. The 51-year-old recently took to his Instagram to post a daily update of his life, where he revealed the motivational quote.

Johnson is a self-proclaimed ‘hardest worker in the room’, and he motivates himself to reach that level. Similarly, he inspired his followers with the same energy, which even Phelps showed support for. Michael Phelps would react with a one-word statement that gave off a similar energy to Johnson.

Johnson uploaded a video on Instagram and claimed that the coach for DC Defenders’ Reggie Barlow had told him this, and it inspired him a lot. Thus he wrote something based on it. The first season of XFL recently came to an end, and Arlington Renegades won the championship over DC Defenders.

Johnson said, “So, coach Barlow’s quote was this, ‘To do it in public, you gotta do it in private. Under stress and pressure, the most rehearsed action will arise.’ And what I love about that is, it just speaks to philosophically. One of my anchors which I always try to do my best to live by which is this idea. ‘Yes, there’s work that we put in public, the work we are scheduled to do. Where you are expected to be, and expected to deliver.’ “

Michael Phelps is one of the legends of Olympics and has the highest number of gold medals in the Games. One of the greatest swimmers to have ever graced the pool, the 37-year-old reacted to Johnson’s post with “100%” signifying he agreed with what The Brahma Bull claimed on Instagram.
