While he once revealed who his idol is in a video before blowing up, Lesnar’s kept it very hushed over the years. Lesnar’s inspiration for becoming a wrestler and being strong is none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Lesnar has always had an interest in being the biggest monster around and for Arnold, that was his job. While he acts all prudish and beast-like, but even Lesnar has an idol.
Brock Lesnar once revealed his inspiration behind wrestling
While talking about his inspiration for getting big, Lesnar talked about his childhood days. He said, “All I wanted to do was get big and strong. I was amazed by guys like Arnold Schwarzenegger, and I’d always be doing push-ups and pull-ups at home. On the farm, I tried to be a workhorse. Because I knew if I could cut it on the farm, I could cut it anywhere.”
When asked by the coach, there were many clues about Lesnar becoming a monster.
After talking to the coach, the reporter said, “Minnesota wrestling coach J Robinson calls Lesnar an anomaly. A freakish combination of size, speed, strength, and skill. Robinson has seen Lesnar, who is 20 to 30 pounds heavier and four inches taller than the average college heavyweight, throw 260-pound men around like dolls and execute finesse moves rarely used by guys in his weight class.”

Being one of the greatest bodybuilders in history, Arnold influenced a lot of young boys and girls. His influence grew tenfold when the man started appearing in movies. So, it is no surprise that Lesnar was a big fan of the Terminator actor in his childhood.
While the two have never crossed paths in WWE or any other events, we would love to see Lesnar acting nervous in front of his idol.
