Hulk Hogan and Arnold Schwarzenegger are two of the biggest names that transcended their respective sports and achieved global stardom. While ‘The Austrian Oak’ dominated the world of bodybuilding, ‘Hulkamania’ ran wild, catapulting pro wrestling to new heights.

Over the years, fans have drawn comparisons between the two, with Hogan actually exceeding the bodybuilder when it came to biceps size. There was one more attempt by Hogan to better Arnold, but it may have not come off as he wished.

Both Schwarzenegger and Hogan ventured outside their domain to try their luck in Hollywood. Arnold found success as an action hero and Hogan gained fame following his appearance in Rocky III.

The two also dabbled their feet in some other roles. A rare photo has now resurfaced from one such movie, which shows Hogan wearing a girl’s outfit.

Hulk Hogan dresses up as a ballerina

Hulk Hogan starred in the 1993 movie ‘Mr. Nanny’, which centered on the former WWE Champion looking after two mischievous kids. In the movie, the kids play vicious pranks on Hogan before he finally exerts his authority.

Interestingly enough, three years prior, Arnold Schwarzenegger played a role along the same lines in a movie titled ‘Kindergarten Cop’. In the movie, the bodybuilding legend plays a detective who takes up the role of a substitute teacher in a kindergarten class at a school. His structuring and teaching methods lead to the students cherishing him. The movie was a commercial success and proved to be a box-office hit, grossing over $200 million worldwide.

Hulk Hogan hoped to emulate this success when he took up the role of a bodyguard for a couple of kids in Mr. Nanny.

A rare photo from the movie has now emerged which shows the iconic WWE star in peak physical condition and absolutely ripped dressed in a ballerina outfit! This was the extent Hogan was willing to go to make this movie work and better the classic Kindergarten Cop featuring Schwarzenegger.

This one photo is surely a collector’s item. It seems like Hogan really took things up a level while playing this role. Although Arnold played a similar role with even more kids in his movie, he didn’t have to put on such an outfit.

Arnold ended up winning this battle clearly, but Hogan can always brag that his 24-inch pythons were bigger than the biceps of the seven-time Mr. Olympia winner
