“UFC Losers”: Fans Give Hilarious Names as Ronda Rousey Joins Hands With “Bada** MMA Fighter”

Ronda Rousey has been part of the WWE main roster for some time now. The former UFC fighter has gone on to carve out a successful career with the wrestling promotion. The Rowdy One has dominated the singles competition with three Women’s Championships reigns under her belt. And it is her recent pair-up with a former UFC fighter that has been in the news.

Rousey has formed a destructive alliance with Shayna Baszler. The two share a past together as The Baddest Woman On The Planet had picked up Baszler as her first pickup for The Ultimate Fighter: Team Rousey vs Team Tate in 2013.

Wrestling fans had been crying out for the pair to be teamed up for far too long. But the fans’ demands seemed to have fallen on deaf ears until last week.

The Queen of Spades appeared to have switched her allegiances when she attacked long-time partner Natalya in favor of Rousey. This was confirmed in the recent edition of SmackDown when Rousey accompanied Baszler to the ring. Baszler was scheduled to face off against Natalya on the latest episode. And she went on to wreak havoc by demolishing her former partner. 

Fans React to Ronda Rousey and Baszler Reunion

The WWE on Fox’s Twitter page shared the athlete’s image and asked fans to name the duo in the comments. Needless to say, fans came up with quite interesting and hilarious names for the tag team.

It wouldn’t be a surprise if the WWE goes ahead and actually picks up one of the suggested names. Fans certainly seemed to have fun while scrambling to name the duo.

The impact of a tag team or faction is amplified even more if it is aptly named. The former successful teams in wrestling always have had a catchy name or phrase attached to them like D Generation X, nWo, the New Day, etc. It will be interesting to see what name the WWE comes up to name the dangerous duo of Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler in the coming days.
