Before coming to WWE, Matt Riddle had a good five years in UFC. Because of his strained relations with Dana White and other problems, he left the MMA promotion. But now he is reminiscing about his good old days of the same promotion.
While glorifying his past days in Dana White’s company, the former MMA star took a subtle dig at his present employer, Vince McMahon‘s promotion. Fans weren’t so happy about his remarks about WWE and believe that glorifying UFC can cause trouble for him.

Going to his official Twitter handle, ‘The original Bro’ shared an old video featuring himself knocking out Dan Simmler in 2008. The clip is from the seventh season of the reality TV show, The Ultimate Fighter. In the second round’s opening seconds, he knocked out Simmler and hit him three times in the jaw, thus breaking it in two places after he lost consciousness.
In the caption, he mentioned how easy it is to win actual fights in UFC than win a match in WWE. He tweeted this after his match against Ludwig Kaiser on Raw this week. On the Monday Night show, he went up against The Imperium member in a singles match but ended up in defeat.

After the tweet went viral on Twitter, online fans bashed him online and claimed that such actions may also put his pro wrestling career in danger.
The WWE Universe predicts trouble for Riddle
This is not the first time Riddle took shots at his current employers. Recently, he uploaded a video reminiscing on his 11-year-old victory against Chris Clements, where he made him tap out in the 3rd round.?In the caption, he wrote, ?Real Life I smash,? while throwing a slight shade at McMahon’s wrestling promotion.

Well, considering the fact that Riddle left UFC, it is highly unlikely that he will go back there. For those who don’t know, he failed three drug tests subsequently before his matches due to his drug addiction, which forced White to let him go.
