Although Brock Lesnar is widely known for his phenomenal WWE career, his stellar UFC run also deserves the spotlight. Lesnar fought a total of nine times in the UFC during a decade-long career with an impressive record of 4-3-1.
He also achieved the coveted honor of being the UFC Heavyweight Champion. He was last seen in the cage back in 2016 when he made a triumphant return from a hiatus that lasted nearly five years to successfully defeat Mark Hunt at UFC 200. However, Lesnar didn’t think Hunt put on his best against him.

Lesnar’s return was one of the trending stories around UFC 200. His athleticism, which was a sight to behold, shined through in his standout victory against Hunt via unanimous decision in Las Vegas. During that time, Lesnar created a legit buzz among sports fanatics, proving his worth even after being detached from the Octagon for years.
During the post-fight conference, Lesnar gave his thoughts on his opponent’s performance as well. Lesnar was asked if he had been at the receiving end of some of Hunt’s best shots.
In a prompt reply, the WWE superstar noted, ‘‘No I wasn’t. I don’t know if they were his best shots or not. I felt them. The mystery is gone. I guess I can take a shot”. He further added, “I stuck to the plan. I took good shots, I took him down, the wrestler vs the power hitter. He never knocked the f*** out of me, so here I am. I am happy.”
However, following the match, Lesnar failed a drug test, rendering the fight a no-contest. But the UFC didn’t take any exemplary action against him. Mark Hunt, who still finds fault with the decision, recently took jibes at UFC over the incident.
Mark Hunt takes a shot at Brock Lesnar by comparing him to Conor McGregor Amidst USADA Drama
Another MMA star, Conor McGregor, has been eying the UFC ring for some time now. He was supposed to be matched with Michael Chandler for a fight that had a lot of fans talking. But currently, his return is highly unlikely as the star is yet to re-enter the United States Anti-Doping Agency testing pool, which is mandatory for any fighter before stepping into the ring.
Mark Hunt used the situation to his favor, advocating for an exemption to the rule for McGregor. He brought the infamous Brock Lesnar incident from 2016 to notice, saying, ”
