In a 2018 interview with Kiss FM UK, Dwayne Johnson was asked if his friend Conor McGregor would be a good fit as an actor. Johnson replied, “Oh absolutely. Because he has a presence. Conor not only has a presence about him, you could go to acting school, but the presence is something you are kind of blessed with and he is blessed with that. But also, he is blessed as an incredible showman and incredible promoter.”

“So, I like him a lot. By the way, he’s so polarizing, which makes him great. But at the end of the day, when you strip all that, he’s a promoter, he’s a businessman, he’s a champion, he’s the best on the planet at what he does in MMA. But when you strip all that away, it all comes down to the hard work you put in,” DJ added.

However, ‘Mystic Mac’ is already extending his talents to Hollywood as he is starring in the remake of ‘Road House’, which will be released in 2023.
