“That’s What I’m Saying”: Joe Rogan Once Agreed on a Promising Reason Why Dwayne Johnson Would Make an Ideal President of the United States

Dwayne Johnson, the Hollywood Megastar, has excelled in almost every area that he has explored. Due to his achievements in life, the idea of him becoming the President of the United States is often discussed. The Rock is the best candidate for the presidential candidacy, in the opinion of many, including Dave Bautista. It’s interesting to note that Joe Rogan apparently said of DJ that he’d be a great US presidential candidate on his enormously famous podcast.

In 2020, the US Presidential election was the talk of the town. And since the UFC color commentator is well known for having extensive knowledge in many fields, he provided insight into the US presidential race while discussing it all on his podcast.

In his discussion of the elections, Rogan brought up a number of notable figures, including The Rock, and said that he can represent the US as Vice President after the 2020 presidential election. Subsequently, Jocko Willink added he would go back to what he said previously. “I’m going back to DJ, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.” Joe Rogan reacted right away to that, saying, “Yes! That’s what I’m saying, back to Independent.”

Meanwhile, Rogan’s predictions didn’t pan out as predicted. Notably, DJ has now made it quite obvious that he will not be running for president, which has disappointed many of his followers.

Johnson said in an interview with Tracey Smith from CBS News Sunday Morning that he has no desire to run for the presidency. Since he’s always been preoccupied with business in the past, Johnson seeks to spend more time with his kids.

The Rock said, “I love our country and everyone in it. I also love being a daddy. And that’s the most important thing to me, is being a daddy, number one, especially during this time, this critical time in my daughters’ lives. ‘Cause I know what it was like to be on the road and be so busy that I was absent for a lot of years when my first daughter’s growing up.”
