Brock Lesnar shocked the world when he entered the competitive world of combat sports and mixed martial arts. Lesnar left WWE in 2004, and then tried his hands at various other things such as football, NJPW, and then finally, MMA and UFC.

The Beast Incarnate was a force to reckon with from his very first match inside the octagon. Although he lost in his debut, he came back tougher and stronger. Lesnar destroyed anyone who stood before him and even won the Heavyweight Championship.

When Lesnar won against Frank Mir during his rematch, he went on a rampage and did some controversial things, which agitated Randy Couture and some UFC fans. Couture was offended at the way Lesnar behaved after defeating Frank Mir.

Couture said, “I didn’t really expect him to lose his mind after the fight, but he did.” He then defended the sportsmanship of UFC and stated that it is not what UFC is known for, those kinds of comments and antics.

The 59-year-old would not stop there and even take shots at Lesnar, claiming to get on top of his wife. He said, “I’m thinking, What, is that a special occasion? You’re married to Sable, you’d think that’d be happening all the time.” Brock Lesnar would later apologize for his outburst at UFC 100, after defeating Frank Mir.

Fighters often tend to get emotional and lose their rationality during big fights. And, something sort of similar happened with Brock Lesnar during his rematch with Frank Mir at UFC 100. Lesnar’s outburst after the event raised a lot of eyebrows and was even deemed controversial.

However, The Beast Incarnate of WWE would later apologize to UFC head, Dana White. Lesnar said, “First and foremost, I want to apologize. I acted unprofessionally. I’ll leave it at that. I’m a sore loser. Frank and I in the first fight, I felt I gave it to him.”

Lesnar further stated that he did not have anything personal against Mir, and the only thing he has against him is that he had beaten him previously. Dana White would also speak in favor of Lesnar, and state that fighters sometimes get emotional, and say things they don’t mean.

Brock Lesnar would later lose his Heavyweight Championship with Cain Velasquez. And later, after another defeat, he would quietly retire from the UFC.
