If the word controversy has a face, it would probably be of CM Punk‘s. The Best in The World found himself in deep water amidst a sea of disputes several times in the past. Tony Khan ousted him a few months back for engaging in a backstage scuffle with Jack Perry. Even though he’s now back in WWE, his first run in the Stamford-based company was also riddled with issues.

His brief UFC stint is also no different with fans largely labeling it a failed attempt. That said, UFC’s current CEO Dana White possesses a different picture of the WWE legend.

In an interview with Ariel Helwani, Cormier compared this surreal incident to that of MMA legend Tito Ortiz’s potential comeback to the UFC ring.
