The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar is one of the greatest to ever grace the world of combat sports. He started as an amateur wrestler and then was signed by WWE. Soon, he tasted early success in the company and became one of the top superstars.

After making his debut in 2002, he left the company in 2004, to pursue other things. He even tried his hands at football and NJPW. But then later settled down with MMA, the UFC. At the UFC, Lesnar was built as a huge star, and he showcased his dominance there as well.

Lesnar was seen as a big star, and was given an early championship shot even after losing his first bout. Nevertheless, Lesnar won the championship match and went on a rampage. He was unstoppable and was even able to scare the living wits out of his opponents.

However, his battle with diverticulitis, made him go through a tough time, and endure a lot of pain. Lesnar would later lose his title to Cain Velasquez, then lost a final bout to Alistair Overeem, before declaring his first retirement. Lesnar would then make his comeback in 2016, where he sat in a press conference. The press conference saw a shy Lesnar open up about his initial thoughts on his return.

During the Press Conference, Lesnar said,Yeah! Actually when I flew in, I’ve been taking it all in because you know in years past, you know, you kind of just, I took it for granted. Not only take it for granted, but I wasn’t mentally in the right place.”

The 45-year-old has never been much expressive, and has always chosen the path of silence. However, during the same press conference, he started speaking on a variety of things, including his state of mind and emotions, when returned at UFC 200.

Lesnar said, So, 100% I’m just, I am really happy to walk in there and check in, everything. It boils down to everything, even flying down to Vegas.I’ve flown into Vegas before and past, when I retired and just had  that same feeling of you know, this city’s been great to me. So yeah! 100%.”

During his return, he faced Mark Hunt, and defeated him. However, he was later positive for a banned substance, and the decision had to be overturned.
