Indian fans just can’t wait to see their favorite superstars battle it out in the ring tonight in Hyderabad at the WWE Superstar Spectacle. One of the biggest draws for tonight is The Modern Day Maharaja, Jinder Mahal. In an exclusive interview with EssentiallySports, he not only expressed his urge to wrestle tonight but also spoke about his pre-match diet.

Jinder Mahal loves Hyderabadi Biryani and Chicken Tikka

The last time Jinder Mahal was seen in India was in 2021 for the last WWE Superstar Spectacle. He faced Drew McIntyre and Indus Sher in a six-man tag team match. Tonight the fans might once again get to see The Modern Day Maharaja lock horns with a worthy opponent.

But whenever in India, he never misses a chance to binge on some of his favorite Indian dishes. A Punjabi born in Canada, he definitely loves his biryanis and tikkas.

While talking to EssentiallySports, he spoke about how his strict wrestling diet goes for a toss when he visits India. He said, “The diet goes out the window when I’m in India. The Hyderabadi biryani I had was delicious, everything has been so good. Chicken tikka, but chicken tikka is healthy. I’ve been eating Chicken Tikka, biryani too”.
