Former Tag Team Champion and one half of The Usos, Jimmy Uso has been arrested again. The 35-year-old Tag Team specialist was arrested on Monday for an alleged DUI.

According to reports, he was “pulled over at around 10:35 PM on Monday in Pensacola after cops say he ran a red light after being clocked going 50 MPH in a 35 MPH zone.” TMZ Sports was the first to break the news to the media.

In the official documents, the cops stated they first smelt alcohol during questioning. Maintaining protocols, they asked him to step outside of his Dodge Charger. Uso, whose real name is Jonathan Fatu, confessed he consumed multiple beers before driving.

During field tests, Uso failed in all of them. According to TMZ, “cops claim Uso’s BAC breath tests came back at .202 and .205 — well above Florida’s legal limit of .08.”

As of this report, Uso is still behind the bars under a “misdemeanor DUI charge,” with added citations for speeding and running a red light. The officials have set his bail at $500.

This is not Uso’s first time running into the wrong side of law enforcement. In 2011, he was first arrested in Hillsborough County, Florida on a similar DUI charge. He was arrested again in 2013 for violating his probation (under the 2011 charge) and driving with a suspended license.

In 2019, cops arrested him in Detroit. His wife, WWE superstar Naomi (Trinity Fatu, Uso’s wife), was first pulled over during the debacle, and Uso got arrested after he ‘confronted’ a police officer. Later that year, he was arrested again for DUI but was later dismissed as not guilty.

Jimmy Uso is a part of a high-profile storyline with Roman Reigns and Jey Uso

Uso was out of WWE programming after sustaining a knee injury at WrestleMania 36. After a brief appearance in Hell in a Cell last year, Jimmy finally returned to SmackDown on May 7.

Upon his return, Jimmy ‘disrespected’ WWE Universal Champion and his cousin ‘Tribal Chief’ Roman Reigns. He even tried to convince Jey Uso to leave Roman and join Jimmy “like the old times.”

However, after a confrontation, Jimmy bowed down to Reigns and joined his tribe. He is a regular on SmackDown, and last week had a huge altercation with WWE Hall of Famer Edge.

However, his arrest leaves things uncertain. WWE is yet to address Jimmy’s arrest. Last time, he and Naomi were both taken off of WWE programming for half a year.
