Ronda Rousey made an impression in the UFC as the ‘Baddest Woman on the Planet’. However, when she made her WWE debut, the company hailed her as a babyface, as she was a fan favorite.

Surprisingly, things have changed right now as Rousey is a heel. The WWE Universe recently saw the heelish nature of the ‘Rowdy One’ in her match against the returning Emma.

Ronda Rousey announced an open challenge on the recent episode of SmackDown for the blue brand’s Women’s Title. Emma, who returned to WWE, accepted the challenge but lost the match.

The Arm Collector won the match as a true heel by ‘Eye-raking’ Emma. Rousey, after eye-raking, her opponent slammed her, followed by her finishing move ‘The Arm Bar’. 

Rousey showed the shades of turning heel after she lost her SmackDown Women’s Title to Liv Morgan at Money in the Bank this year. She feuded with Morgan until Extreme Rules when she won the title back.

The Baddest Woman also kayfabe attacked several WWE officials a couple of months earlier. This act only made her character much stronger in the company. 

Fans say Ronda Rousey cheated to win the match against Emma

It was not long before fans started blaming Rousey for winning the match by eye-raking the returning Emma. They called her acts as cheating to win the match and defend the title. Moreover, the fans shared their reactions on Twitter.

Ronda Rousey cheated in the match, said a fan.

Additionally, the fans wrote she doesn’t deserve the championship!

Furthermore, the wrestling community was also upset for ruining Emma’s WWE return.

More Twitter users shared their unhappiness.

This is not the first time fans have shared their disappointment over Rousey on Twitter. Such situations have previously occurred on social media several times. There is a lot of backlash from the fans over the UFC legend’s current time in WWE.

What is next for the ‘Rowdy One’ in WWE?

Rousey defeated Liv Morgan at Extreme Rules Premium Live Event earlier this month to win the SmackDown Women’s title for the second time. Post the win, there is no major storyline planned by WWE for her.

However, at Extreme Rules, WWE showed vignettes of Charlotte Flair returning to WWE. Maybe both the stars will resume their rivalry once The Queen arrives on SmackDown. It’s still unclear when Flair will be back on WWE TV, but we can speculate, she will go after Rousey for the title.
