WWE Superstar Big E made it to the history books as he won the Money in the Bank briefcase in his first MITB ladder match debut. After last Sunday’s win, fans are speculating on who will he be cashing the contract in.

Almost 90% of the past MITB winners have secured a world title. Even the MITB Women’s Ladder match-winner, Nikki A.S.H. won her first RAW Women’s Championship after cashing her contract on Charlotte.

Hence, all eyes are now on ‘The Powerhouse of Positivity’. In a recent interview with DAZN, Big E also talked about his potential targets. But still, he had one prominent name in mind.

The two world champions in WWE, are WWE Champion Bobby Lashley on RAW and Universal Champion Roman Reigns on SmackDown. The interviewer asked him who he would be cashing in on at SummerSlam; Lashley, Reigns, or possibly new champion John Cena?

E said all of them are great, but Roman is exceptional. “I feel Roman’s the guy though,” Big E said. “Roman’s the guy in the industry, and if you want to be remembered, if you want to do something cool, something special, that’s a great way to do it. Roman’s on a tear.”

Big E says Roman Reigns has had one of the best title runs in WWE

What Big E is claiming is not wrong. Since his return in last year’s SummerSlam, Reigns have been an indomitable force. The Tribal Chief is on a winning streak and continued his 322 days run at MITB after defeating Edge.

“This is one of the best runs I can remember,” Big E continued. “I feel like he’s definitely hitting his stride in a way that he hasn’t before. You can look at the entire scope of the rest of the industry, and you can determine who you think is the number one guy, who you think is the best, who should be at the very top.”

Having said that, Big E thinks Roman is not only the top star in the Blue Brand but in across all brands. “Beating him means that whoever beats him for that title, it’s going to be memorable. It’s going to mean something, and why not me?,” Big E concluded.
