“I Don’t Know What Game You’re Playing” – Liv Morgan Criticizes Sonya Deville Over Her Decisions for the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match

Liv Morgan enjoyed a vigorous push on the main roster as a member of the Riott Squad, working alongside group leader Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan.

Morgan fit in well with the wild Riot Squad, but when the WWE split them up during the superstar shake-up, they went their separate ways. Ever since then, Morgan has somewhat struggled to cement her place in the WWE.

During a WWE Network Exclusive interview backstage, Liv Morgan was seen fuming at Sonya Deville for allotting Carmella and Zelina Vega a spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match. Visibly upset, she said,

“Yeah, thank you, thank you for coming. Sonya, hey buddy. Thank you for letting me in your office. I came in here and you weren’t in here so I just thought I leave this message to let you know. Last week, you came out to the ring to declare, Carmella in the Money in the Bank ladder match. Didn’t have the qualifier. I beat her last week, I beat her the week before. But I guess it doesn’t matter. You know, I’m still gonna prove myself.

“This week, you come out again and you announce Zelina Vega. Who’s been, I don’t know where she’s been all year you know, she didn’t want to be here. But you declare her to be in the Money the Bank match. I beat her. But I guess it’s still not enough for you right? No still not enough I need to prove myself more. I don’t know what game you’re playing, Sonya. I don’t know what you’re doing here but if I haven’t proven myself to you yet. Watch me!”

Is Liv Morgan an underdog?

A lot of people feel that Morgan is going through an underdog storyline and might eventually win the Money in the Bank briefcase. Morgan herself tweeted out a photoshopped picture of her holding the briefcase. Even former WWE SmackDown Women’s champion, ‘The Role Model’ Bayley came out and supported her.

The fans believe that it is time Liv Morgan gets a significant push in WWE. The splitting up of the Riott Squad came as a shock to the fans, but it did open up a clear path for Morgan to progress ahead alone.

With so many recent wins over the Money in the Bank match spot holders, it is only a matter of time before she gets one spot for herself.
