The Hurt Business have made an incredible impact on WWE ever since their debut. Under the expert guidance of MVP, the stable has all the championships on Raw, except the WWE title. While Bobby Lashley is the United States Champion, Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin are the RAW Tag Team Champions.
Recently, in an interview with TV Insider, Bobby Lashley revealed who he wanted to see in the Hurt Business. Previously, he had picked out Mickie James and Naomi as the potential female members of the group.

Now, they asked him who he would pick from MMA to join WWE and Hurt Business. Lashley named not one but three major stars from UFC and MMA.
“Josh Barnett for sure,” Lashley said. “He has that Hurt Business style. King Mo has been doing some wrestling things. He would do well. [Daniel] Cormier has expressed a lot of interest. I’d like to see him make that jump.”
Josh Barnett is a legendary UFC champion, who is currently signed to Bellator MMA. King Mo is currently signed to MLW and Cormier is in a league of his own. He is the second fighter in history to simultaneously hold the UFC Heavyweight and light-heavyweight championships.
The inclusion of any of these superstars will surely benefit the Hurt Business even more. Lashley even teased Keith Lee’s inclusion into the stable as he said:
“I think he’s the kind of person who might need a little Hurt Business in his life to take him to that next level. He is ready to breakout, as are others.”

In one of the rarest instances, WWE gave MVP and the Hurt Business an opportunity to come up with their own ideas for the stable. Hence, the members have formed a more intense bond and are not just co-workers.
“It’s magic. As a group we go out together, have a couple of drinks, come up with different ideas and hang out. We’re friends. I think the fans really feel what we’re doing is real. People are getting behind us and it feels good,” Lashley reiterated.
