If you thought announcing stacked cards in advance was Tony Khan’s thing, WWE is set to prove you wrong. In a rare occurrence, the company has announced some blockbuster matches for the next edition of Monday Night Raw.
The headlining bout will see the limitless Keith Lee take on WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. The latter has interfered twice in Lee’s matches and the former NXT Champion has taken offence to this.

This week, Lee wants to teach Drew a lesson in respect. However, a devious ‘Viper’ will be looming in the shadows. Needless to say, both men need to watch their backs.
WWE has also booked a massive steel cage match between Seth Rollins and Dominik Mysterio. Last week, the Mysterio family destroyed Rollins’ disciple, Murphy. It seems like the feud will finally be put to rest with this expectedly brutal showdown.

After weeks of being overlooked, Mickie James has gained a shot at the Raw Women’s Championship. She will be locking horns with a determined Asuka.
Finally, the tag team division will see some novel action. In a massive Champion vs Champion showdown, Raw Tag Team Champions Street Profits will tango with SmackDown Champions Cesaro and Nakamura.
WWE Raw is pulling up its socks in face of rising competition
WWE will face very tough competition from the most popular sports league in the US – the NFL. The season openers are scheduled for Monday Night and they will corner the majority of the TV ratings.

As we all know, Raw’s ratings are already in a downward spiral. To prevent them from reaching record lows, Vince McMahon and Co. have decided to put their best foot forward.
Unlike last week, there will be no last minute bookings. The writers have a plan and they want to execute it with perfection.
