WWE RAW had its ups and downs as usual. One of the strangest things that happened this week was how the highly anticipated “Moment of Bliss” with Drew McIntyre never took place. Instead, the opening segment became Miz TV.

So, what exactly went wrong? According to recent reports from PWInsider, the segment was a last-minute cancelation. Without providing any logical explanation, the show got canceled due to rewrites.

There were rumors that Bray Wyatt, with the help of Alexa Bliss, will go after the WWE Champion after his move to RAW. Last week’s RAW reflected a similar sentiment, as Wyatt attacked Champion Randy Orton on Moment of Bliss.

When WWE announced Drew McIntyre as this week’s guest, fans expected some Fiend-ish interruptions as well. McIntyre himself was cautious of what might happen.

Why WWE really canceled A Moment of Bliss?

However, WWE might have planned things differently. Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre have a tense rivalry with the latter’s rematch pending. To make things more interesting, The Miz and his Money in the Bank contract have been thrown into the rivalry.

Amidst all this, setting Fiend onto the challengers seems way too tedious. The next pay-per-view at Survivor Series will have a Champion vs. Champion match where Orton will face SmackDown’s Universal Roman Reigns.

There is zero development on that. So, the next week (the last RAW before the PPV), WWE will probably work on hyping the match up.

As for The Fiend and Bliss, they can appear on WWE TV at any moment. This week, Bliss made her RAW appearance and teased a future rivalry with Nikki Cross, but Fiend was nowhere to be found.

This solidifies the fact that he would have appeared on the Moment of Bliss. As the show was canceled, so was Fiend.

However, a title match with Fiend seems unavoidable. As we have seen earlier, Fiend gets whatever he wants, and if he has truly set his eyes on the title, a match will happen sooner or later.

As of now, we have to wait for upcoming WWE announcements. What did you think of last night’s RAW? Let us know in the comments below.
