Karrion Kross Destroys a Returning Jeff Hardy on WWE Raw

Debuts are one of the most important matches of a wrestler’s career. It is a match to look back upon fondly after all is done. But NXT Champion Karrion Kross did not have the dream debut he wanted. He lost his debut match against WWE legend Jeff Hardy within four minutes.

Now the champ had only one thing on his mind, vengeance. This week on Raw, Kross finally got his rematch with Hardy in a non-title match. The buildup of the match kicked off by a pre-recorded video of Kross holding an hourglass. Looking at the glass, Kross talked about how Jeff ruined his RAW debut.

However, Kross is determined to make Hardy ‘fall and pray’. It was exactly what he did.

Right off the bat, Kross dominated Hardy with his strength. ‘The Charismatic Enigma’ fought back with the tide of battle shifting sides. Outside the ring, Hardy did what Hardy does best; flying high. Jeff charged Kross and leaped off the steel steps, smashing into Kross. The crowd went nuts following the move.

Back in the ring, Kross again showed his brute strength as he kicked out of a flying splash from Hardy. The crowd thought the splash would end the match, but the champ had other ideas. This time Kross wouldn’t lose by any means.

Karrion Kross defeated Jeff Hardy

Seeing as Kross wouldn’t be defeated so easily, Hardy quickly rolled him for a close two count, using the tights as leverage. Kross had enough and clutched Hardy from behind to deliver a big Doomsday Saito suplex. Wasting no time, Kross put Hardy into the “Kross Jacket” submission hold on the mat.

Few wrestlers can get out of the Kross Jacket and sadly for Hardy, he had to tap.

Kross wasn’t done just yet as he went back again for the Kross Jacket on Hardy after the match ended. Maybe this time Kross felt a little relieved.
