Former 3MB members are bitter enemies now. Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre are going back and forth at each other’s throats ever since Mahal made his comeback from a prolonged injury.

However, whenever Mahal manages to get the upper hand, McIntyre shuts him down and lays waste on his plans. Now Mahal thinks the only way to put an end to this rivalry is to lock horns in a ‘Punjabi Prison Match’.

In a recent interview with El Brunch de WWE, ‘The modern-day Maharaja’ said that the only way to settle this rivalry is to meet him in a Punjabi Prison Match, a match in which he cannot run and hide.

The former WWE champion also hinted that after he’s done with McIntyre, he will show everyone that he is a better WWE superstar and eventually, get his hands on the WWE Championship again. (H/T: Fightful)

He said, “You know, I wouldn’t mind having Drew in the Punjabi Prison. Nowhere for him to run, he can’t go get steel chairs, and he can’t play mind games and destroy my motorcycle. It’ll be me and him locked in a cage and I’ll show Drew that I’m the better WWE Superstar, I’m the better WWE Champion, and I’m going to become WWE Champion again.”

Mahal added, “The way it’s headed, I think it’s headed that way. Drew, obviously — he assaulted my lawyer, my poor lawyer had nothing to do with anything. Gave him the Claymore Kick for no reason. So, if it’s up to me, I finish Drew in the Punjabi Prison at SummerSlam. I can’t think of a better place,”

Jinder Mahal won the last Punjabi Prison Match

In 2017 at Battleground PPV, Jinder Mahal along with the Singh Brothers defended the WWE Championship against Randy Orton in the third-ever Punjabi Prison match.

Only time will tell whether or not McIntyre will accept this challenge and face Mahal at the 4th ever Punjabi Prison Match at SummerSlam PPV.
