Former Universal Champion Braun Strowman has always been vocal about his struggles. From depression to physical hardships, Strowman has overcome everything to become the star that he is today.
Recently, he uploaded a side-by-side comparison of his physical and emotional journey. The before and after pictures show how much work Strowman has put in.

In the caption, ‘The Monster Among Men’ revealed, “Man, it’s amazing what you can do when you believe in yourself; the pic on the right was about 2 or so years ago when I was battling bad depression drinking all the time not sleeping and going half-ass through the motions in the gym.”
However, he decided to change things up and get fit.
“You control your own destiny, and you can make your life whatever you want if you’re willing to put the work in cause nobody’s gonna hand you that shit!!! You have to know when to walk away from things that aren’t good for you, and that’s what I did, and I’ll be damned if I ever look back. I think the craziest thing about this is there’s only a 35lb difference in my body weight in the two pix!!!!!”
Braun Strowman regularly showcases his transformation
After debuting with The Wyatt Family in 2017, Strowman ventured into singles competition. He has won the Intercontinental Championship and Universal Championship in 2020. He won the Intercontinental title from Shinsuke Nakamura in January.
Strowman replaced Roman Reigns at WrestleMania at the last moment. As fate would have it, he defeated Goldberg and became the Universal Champion before dropping the title to Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam.
He regularly shares motivational posts to showcase his transformation and motivate his fans.

Currently, Strowman wrestles on RAW. He was supposed to be competing for the WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre but got his knees injured recently.

He is currently out of WWE Programming due to a kayfabe suspension. However, he is reported to come back in time for Royal Rumble.
