The WWE United States Championship picture has taken a new twist. MVP was scheduled to challenge Apollo Crews for the United States Championship.
It’s notable that MVP started managing Bobby Lashley since his return this year. A good agent always increases his client roster. Therefore, he wanted to add the Apollo Crews to his roster.
On the 15th May edition of Monday Night Raw, MVP approached Apollo Crews backstage and offered his services. A few weeks later, Crews appeared on the VIP lounge.

Crews then spilled the truth to MVP, claiming Mr.305 needed Crews more than vice versa. Bobby Lashley would attack Crews that night, sparking the beginning of the feud.
On June 29th edition of RAW, MVP defeated Crews in a non-title match. The following week, MVP revealed the new United States championship and claimed himself as the ‘real’ champion. Check it out in the link mentioned below.
Since then Apollo Crews has been missing on WWE tapings.

APOLLO CREWS DIDN’T PASS HIS PRE-MATCH PHYSICAL AND WON’T BE APPEARING
NOBODY COULD HAVE POSSIBLY EXPECTED THIS AFTER HE WAS CONSPICUOUSLY OFF TV FOR WEEKS INCLUDING IN SEGMENTS THAT WERE CLEARLY WRITTEN AS INCLUDING HIM

You know it would be great if WWE gave us the actual explanation as to why Apollo Crews couldn’t compete in his match. Like really? “Apollo didn’t pass his pre-match physical.”
Just fucking say Apollo tested positive for COVID. Stop micromanaging your talent.#ExtremeRules
