If you’ve already tuned off from Monday Night Raw, I don’t blame you. The show has been a train wreck so far with matches that look like they’ve been booked at the last moment. .
Fans on Twitter are equally incensed about the show not living up to expectations. When you have a show which is longer than most modern Hollywood movies, you need to do a lot more to hold the audiences’ attention.
On the contrary, Raw has featured matches that we’ve already watched multiple times. Randy Orton vs Keith Lee was a dream match the first time it happened. With the two in the ring for the third time in three weeks, all the intrigue around the showdown has died down.

Let’s not even get started on the tag team division. Andrade and Garza have been teasing a split since what seems like eternity. However, it seems like the writers have had a creative block.
In the absence of any concrete plan for the way forward, they’ve been booked to face and lose against the Street Profits week after week. This week was no different for the duo. Although, it seems like Garza has finally punched the last nail in the coffin.
I don’t remember the last time the Street Profits and Andrade & Garza were in a match that wasn’t with each other – and the Street Profits seem to win every single time.

Similarly, Dominik has been booked to collide with Seth Rollins’ disciple yet again. The longer he stays in this feud, the more the audience will start losing interest in him. It’s been two months and Dominik needs more character development than being his father’s avenger.

Now, you might say that the Cedric Alexander heel turn was a punch of novelty. Despite that, WWE was very impatient with the storytelling. A story that’s taken almost six weeks to develop was entirely unfolded on a single Raw episode.
Cedric Alexander turning on Ricochet/Apollo Crews, explaining it in a VIP Lounge segment, then wrestling in a match with his new crew against his former friends feels like three weeks of storytelling crammed into one night.#RAW

Something feels so off about #WWERaw tonight.

@WWE #WWERaw Booking of Peyton Royce v Billie Kay is completely bizarre. They didn't want to break up their team, didn't want to "feud," didn't want to wrestle, clearly love each other. What's the point of continuing this storyline?

One thing I hate in wrestling is when singles wrestlers are booked in tag matches and tag wrestlers are booked in singles matches. #Raw #WWERaw is full of that tonight (and for quite awhile. @Colohue @FanSidedDDT @view_raw @InsideSqdCircle
