Ember Moon is back in NXT, and she has two WWE Veterans to thank for her return to the ring.
It so happens that following her injury, both Triple H and Edge helped her recover. In fact, during an interview, she revealed how Edge helped her every step of the way.
Ember Moon names Triple H and Edge as the two that helped turn her achilles recovery around.
“Edge helped me out so much with telling me what type of therapy to do and routines that would help. I sent that to my therapist and everything started to turn around." [@FanSidedDDT]

“Honestly, because of him and Triple H, that’s how it started turning around. Edge was basically like, ‘Do this, get a sauna, get a bike, you have to do this.’ He basically sent me a Cliff-noted version of what he was doing because he had such a bad Achilles rupture, too, that they said he would never come back. When the complications started happening, that’s when they told me I might not be coming back.”
Edge also guided her with the type of therapy she needs along with the routines that ultimately helped her recover.
“Edge helped me out so much with telling me what type of therapy to do and routines that would help. I sent that to my therapist and everything started to turn around. It was slow, but it started turning around.”
Ember Moon did not want to give up
Ember Moon injured her Achilles last year. It tore off the bone when she was chasing Carmella in a segment for the WWE 24/7 Title. Due to the injury, she had been shelved.
In fact, there was a point when it appeared she would not return to the ring at all. However, Moon is a Superstar with a strong ethic and tremendous zest for the work she does.
Therefore, an injury was not enough to keep her away from the ring. Additionally, she worked from scratch to make herself known in the wrestling universe. It was very unlikely that she would throw it all away.
