Ever since Triple H’s creative reign began, WWE has been experiencing another golden era, with some of the most creatively interwoven stories. However, despite the absence of Vince McMahon, The Game failed to bring Sasha Banks back to the company.

The tag team of Sasha Banks and Naomi decided on walking out of the company earlier this year, after a tussle with the management. Since that day, it was the last appearance of the duo on television. While Naomi was rarely in the public eye, Banks appeared a lot, publicly.

However, recently Banks shocked the world, with a major appearance. While there were speculations occurring of Banks heading towards Japan, it was proved true. The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion proved the rumors to be true, as she landed in Japan.

Sasha Banks made her way to Japan in a completely new look, attire and hair. She confronted Champion Kairi Sane and demolished her with her new finisher. However, while Banks now went with a new name, Mercedes Mone, it was her new finisher that failed to make a mark.

Mone had a terrible botch while attempting her new finisher. The move lacked impact and looked extremely lousy.

The entire segment looked uncomfortable to watch. After a much hyped return, fans were expecting something better. However, all they received was a failed finishing move with zero impact.

Fans react to Sasha Bank’s return in Japan and her finisher botch

Sasha Banks has been trending for a long time, and fans had something better in their mind, while expecting her return. While it is now confirmed that she made her way to Japan; it was her impact less debut that had the fans concerned.

The Japanese crowd was dead silent during the entire segment, and to top it off, Banks ended up with a botch. While all of these are part of the game, Sasha Banks aka Mercedes Mone now to needs to jump back up stronger.

Fans all over the world were waiting for Banks to finally return to wrestling after such a long hiatus. However, it now seems the ring rust got to her first, and ruined her whole comeback sequence. Such a major botch on her return to wrestling is bound to ruin her image.

However, her strong base is credible enough for her, and supports her with a good backing. Despite the botch, fans are still awaiting Banks to face Kairi.
