Fear and Brock don’t go together in a sentence. Lesnar is a man who has no fear, and this is why he has excelled in every sport he has participated in.

It is well known that Lesnar once decided to leave his well-established WWE career, which was advancing at a lightning speed, in order to pursue a career in the NFL. In addition, he went and trained for the Minnesota Vikings for the 2004 NFL season. While Lesnar was speaking with Jim Rome in 2010, he recalled his time in the NFL’s training camp, when something happened that made him feel a little worried.

What led Brock Lesnar to worry that he shifted from the NFL?

The Beast Incarnate was asked if he had the same effect on the NFL as he has in the MMA and professional wrestling industries, to which, Lesnar replied, “When I got in a training camp and I was there two days and I told myself what am I doing here. Because I was just totally lost. I mean, these guys are, you know, the athletes today is bigger, stronger, faster, and to be there and know what the hell you’re doing was probably risking my life and some matters.”

The former UFC champion claimed that at training camp, where NFL was his second choice, the other players were committed to their respective sports, much like Taker was to pro wrestling. Therefore, it was extremely difficult for him to compete against NFL athletes, and he found himself in danger.

Furthermore, he was questioned about which sport he found more dangerous; MMA or NFL. “I would have to say that both are extremely dangerous but these (NFL Players) are bigger, stronger, faster and these guys are cruising and it’s a scary thing…The risk of paralyzation and the risk of death is a huge factor in both sports,” Lesnar replied.
