The 2022-23 NFL season drew to a close following a nail-biting end. Patrick Mahomes led The Kansas City Eagles to a 38-35 victory over Philadelphia Chiefs at the Super Bowl LVII. The win, however, was not without its fair share of controversy. The late holding penalty by Chiefs’ cornerback James Bradberry was the source of controversy across all quarters. WWE legend Paul Heyman was also amongst many who were not a fan of the late call.

There may be numerous interpretations of the incident, but the fans aren’t quite content with the decision. Heyman’s recent social media activity certainly seems to suggest he wasn’t impressed with it either. The Wise Man posted it on his Twitter not long after the objectionable finish. He questioned the sanctity of the league.

The shrewd manager posted, “I don’t care much 4 the #SuperBowl since the finish is pre-determined, but really liked that commercial w/ the new “make ’em disappear” technology. I used it w/ @SamiZayn, which is a spoiler for next Saturday’s @WWE #EliminationChamber, when @WWERomanReigns makes Sami disappear!” The shrewd manager definitely got his point across.

Strong words coming out from the wrestling veteran. While the anger around the call may be subjective, James Bradberry himself seems okay with the call as per USA Today. Who better to judge the decision than the man who committed the foul? His comments will make the allegations die down. However, that is not to say that they will completely stop.

Heyman did not miss an opportunity to take a shot at Sami Zayn

Heyman also took a shot at his counsel Roman Reigns‘ opponent Sami Zayn with his post. He referred to the ‘Fixed On Pixel’ technology that was promoted by Google during the event, to put across his point. The advertisement stars celebrities like NBA All-star Giannis Antetokounmpo, Doja Cat, and Amy Schumer.

The iconic storyline of the Bloodline has been praised from all quarters. The emotions that have been involved in building it have been top-notch. Zayn turned on the group when he was ordered by the Tribal Chief to attack Kevin Owens despite the match being over after Reigns scored the win. That’s when his ultimate moment of comeuppance really happened.
