Tom Brady is a living legend in the NFL world. His recent retirement announcement grabbed the attention of the entire world.

Not only had the fans, but people from all around the world congratulated Brady on his retirement for his incredible NFL career. And pro wrestling veteran Chris Jericho is one such individual who had a special message for Brady following his retirement.

Chris Jericho congratulated the NFL legend on his retirement uniquely. The former WWE superstar took to Instagram to post a video where he addressed Tom Brady in a segment on WWE Raw.

In the caption, Jericho congratulated Brady and described his career as a once in a millennium career. He mentioned the NFL legend as the true G.O.A.T of the NFL.

Following the New England Patriots victory over the Atlanta Falcons in 2017, fans started referring to Brady as the G.O.A.T.

But Jericho considered himself as the G.O.A.T and used to maintain a list at that point of time of individuals with whom he had an issue.

And Brady’s fans, referring to Brady as the G.O.A.T, did not particularly impress the AEW superstar, and he added the 2017 Super Bowl Champion to his list.

However, it was a scripted segment. Jericho and Brady are actually on good terms and have even been spotted together previously.

Is Tom Brady the G.O.A.T in the NFL?

If Brady is not the greatest, then he is definitely one of the greatest football players in the NFL. There are several individuals who consider Tom Brady as the G.O.A.T in the NFL. And there are plenty of reasons to consider that.

The NFL legend played for 22 seasons in the NFL. And being able to perform at the highest level for such a long time is itself an achievement. And if you look at Brady’s records and achievements, you might also consider him as the G.O.A.T in the NFL.

He is a 7x Super Bowl Champion, 5x Super Bowl MVP, and 3x NFL MVP. This is not it, there is a long list of achievements and if you are an NFL or Tom Brady fan, you will definitely know that.
