The Beast Incarnate is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion and eventually returned to WWE for another impressive run. Although his combat sports career is well-versed, many are unaware of his short stint in the NFL.

Lesnar was a part of the NFL team Minnesota Vikings, for around two months before launching himself big into the MMA world. A clip of Brock Lesnar’s NFL match from the pre-season recently went viral. Wrestling News shared it on their official Twitter account and fans can’t stop praising The Conqueror.

Brock Lesnar’s NFL match clip goes viral

In the caption of the shared clip, his NFL career with the Minnesota Vikings was summarized. Wrestling News wrote, “In 2004, Brock Lesnar was in a motorcycle accident that left him with a broken jaw, a bruised pelvis, and a pulled groin and he STILL made it onto the Minnesota Vikings for pre-season games. Head Coach Mike Tice believed Brock would have made the team in 2005 if he stuck with it.”

The Beast signed with the Minnesota Vikings and played a few pre-season games. It is often argued that the now 45-year-old would have been a successful NFL player if he had not met with the ill-fated motorcycle accident.

Nevertheless, before joining amateur wrestling and winning the NCAA Championship, Lesnar had played football in college. Surprisingly, even after a huge gap since his last football game, the former three-time Universal impressed the NFL community.
