Bianca Belair maintained her stronghold on the Raw Women’s Championship for over a year before finally getting toppled by the Empress of Tomorrow at Night of Champions. A recent episode of SmackDown saw the red brand women’s championship retire with Asuka bestowed the new WWE Woman’s Championship belt. No sooner did she have the honor put around her waist than a returning Queen’s music hit. Charlotte Flair stepped into the ring and challenged Asuka. A title match will occur on the June 30th episode of SmackDown.

Ever since, the old foes have gone through a lot of back and forth, gaining momentum for their big title fight tomorrow. But now, it seems like Asuka brought another legendary figure of the business to their rivalry scene, and that too in the weirdest manner. The man in question is none other than the 16 times World Champion John Cena.

Asuka uses John Cena to take a hilarious shot at Charlotte Flair

Earlier this year, Flair propelled herself to her 14th world championship by defeating Ronda Rousey. However, she had to abandon it quickly following the loss at WrestleMania 39 to Rhea Ripley. Now, after a long hiatus, the Queen is back to reign and fans want her to be back in the mix with the championship title as well. However, tension runs high in the current rivalry storyline as Asuka also looks pretty confident about retaining her crown.

As a part of scorning each other, Asuka took to her Twitter to post a hilarious meme with John Cena making weird faces at Charlotte Flair while putting a smiling face on Asuka’s championship belt win. It garnered rib-ticking reactions from fans all across.

However, John Cena seems to be on Flair’s side regardless of what Asuka depicted in the post..

John Cena wants Charlotte Flair to break his world title record

Ric Flair set the iconic record of living 16 world title reigns. Cena tied his record at WWE Royal Rumble 2017. Charlotte Flair wished to follow in the footsteps of legendary stars like Cena, The Rock, etc, but is stuck at number fourteen. However, she is clearly well within reach of the mark her father set.

Speaking with MTV News, Cena noted that he would be the first person to heap congratulations on Flair if she breaks the record.
