Why did Vince McMahon fire Chris DeJoseph from Smackdown?
As per earlier reports, DeJoseph had a bad attitude during company meetings. There were also reports of an altercation with Vince on a zoom meeting.

He was on a Zoom conference call with Stan Stanski, Senior Vice President of Creative Services, and Kevin Moore, Senior Vice President of E-Commerce and Venue Merchandise. It was reported that he talked to them in a bad way which attracted the ire of McMahon. That’s when the boss relieved him off his duties.

This comes on the heels of WWE removing Paul Heyman from his position as the head of the creative team on Raw. It was also reported that Vince is unhappy with the current direction of things in the company. That’s largely due to the poor ratings of NXT and Raw.
Vince McMahon is known to make impulsive decisions when he feels that things aren’t going according to what he planned.
